Nominal widths such as 600, 750, 900 or 1200 mm help buyers build a range, but they are not installation dimensions. The selected model file should separate the cabinet body, countertop, basin and supplied components, then place plumbing, storage, wall fixing and clearances on a coordinated drawing.
Control the three external dimensions
Width must include the actual cabinet body and any countertop or basin projection. Depth must include the closed envelope and open drawer or door travel. Finished height must state whether the countertop and basin are included. A vessel basin can materially change the usable rim height.
Overlay services and storage
Waste, trap, water supplies and shutoffs should appear on the internal elevation. A service position selected after the furniture can remove usable drawers or obstruct maintenance. Compare the remaining internal volume with the intended storage rather than relying on drawer count.
Verify the wall and mounting
Wall-hung furniture requires a project-specific review of wall construction, reinforcement, mounting rail or brackets, fasteners and loads. The product photograph does not establish a fixing method.
Metric planning checklist
- Finished wall opening and tolerances.
- Exact cabinet, top and basin dimensions.
- Tap, waste, trap and supply positions.
- Door, drawer and circulation clearances.
- Wall build-up, reinforcement and fixing responsibility.
- Sample, finish and drawing approval sequence.
- Packaging, access and delivery constraints.
Use the drawing as the order reference
Record the approved drawing revision and model identifier in the quotation and purchase order. If a nominal label differs from the actual dimension, publish both without presenting the rounded class as exact.
