Bathroom product sourcing FAQ

Practical answers for importers, distributors, private-label brands, developers and project teams comparing ArcQuay bathroom products. Commercial, technical and compliance details are confirmed for the selected model and order.

Products and buyer fit

Starting with the right product route

Which types of buyers does ArcQuay work with?

ArcQuay's sourcing workflow is designed for professional buyers such as wholesalers, distributors, private-label brands, builders, developers, contractors, hospitality teams and design or procurement practices. The useful starting information is the destination market, buyer type, required categories and approximate scope.

Which bathroom product categories are available?

The current product matrix includes bathroom vanities, LED and bathroom mirrors, shaving cabinets, laundry cabinetry, basins, tapware, showers and baths. Browse the live product catalogue to enter each category directly.

Can several product categories be combined in one project brief?

Yes, a brief can include several categories. Each system should still have its own size, finish, quantity, installation and document requirements. ArcQuay can organise the comparison as a coordinated schedule while keeping model-specific decisions traceable.

Are every model and finish shown online always available?

No standing availability should be assumed from a website image. Product status, finish options, components and production feasibility are reconfirmed at enquiry and quotation stage. If a model is unavailable or unsuitable, an alternative may be proposed for review.

Commercial planning

Quotation, quantity and timing

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single responsible MOQ answer for every product. The workable quantity depends on the selected model, material, finish, component, packaging and production route. Share the expected quantity in your RFQ; ArcQuay will state the applicable commercial condition in the quotation rather than applying a site-wide number.

What information is needed for a useful quotation?

Include your company and country, product category or model, dimensions, quantity, preferred finish, required features, packaging or private-label needs, destination and target project timing. Drawings, room schedules and reference images can make the first comparison more accurate. Use the quotation brief to organise these details.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is prepared against the agreed configuration and commercial scope. Material, dimensions, components, finish, quantity, packaging, testing or document requirements, trade terms and delivery scope can all affect the quotation. A price for one configuration should not be assumed to cover a modified model.

What is the production lead time?

Lead time is quoted after the model, quantity, specification, sample or drawing status, components, packaging and production schedule are known. Timing should be divided into approval, production, inspection, packing and shipping stages. A general website estimate is not a contractual delivery commitment.

Can I order a sample before production?

Sample feasibility, cost and timing are reviewed for the selected model and customisation scope. A sample may be used to confirm appearance, dimensions, function, components, finish and packaging direction. The approval record should identify any items that remain subject to production tolerances or final order confirmation.

OEM and project work

Customisation and approval control

Does ArcQuay support OEM or private-label programmes?

OEM or private-label requirements can be assessed for suitable products and order scopes. The brief should identify the required product changes, brand artwork, packaging, manuals, labels, forecast and destination market. Feasibility is confirmed before the option is treated as part of the offer.

Can ArcQuay manufacture from a drawing or room schedule?

Drawings and schedules can be reviewed as part of a project brief. The review should resolve dimensions, materials, finishes, interfaces, tolerances, components and installation assumptions. A buyer-supplied drawing is not automatically a production-ready specification; approved production information must be recorded before release.

How are finishes and samples approved?

Use a named or coded finish reference, physical sample where appropriate, approved drawing and written observations. Screen images and photographs can shift colour and texture, so they should not be the only reference for a finish-sensitive order. The final approval record should state which sample or standard governs production.

How is confidential project information handled?

Only information reasonably needed for selection, quotation and order coordination should be shared. If a project requires a confidentiality agreement or controlled file process, raise that requirement before sending sensitive drawings or commercial information. See the Privacy Policy for personal-data information.

Quality and destination requirements

Evidence should match the selected model

Are ArcQuay products certified for my country?

Certification cannot be answered responsibly at brand level. Requirements differ by country and product type, and available evidence may cover only a stated model or configuration. Send the destination, model and required standard so the document scope can be reviewed. Read the certificate and document process before relying on a claim.

How is product quality checked?

Appropriate checks are agreed around the product and order. They may cover approved dimensions, appearance, materials, function, components, labelling, packaging and quantity. The quotation or quality record should identify the inspection scope and acceptance references; a generic “quality checked” statement is not a substitute for agreed criteria.

Who confirms local electrical, plumbing or building requirements?

ArcQuay can help identify model information and coordinate available documents. The buyer, importer or appointed local consultant should confirm which laws, standards, registrations, labelling and installation rules apply in the destination market. That requirement should then be recorded against the selected model.

Delivery and support

From shipment planning to issue review

Can ArcQuay arrange international shipping?

Shipping scope and trade terms can be discussed for the destination and order. The quotation should state what is included, the named location, packing basis and which party is responsible for freight, insurance, customs, duties, local delivery and unloading. Transit timing remains separate from production timing.

What should I do if I need after-sales support?

Use the buyer support checklist. Send the order or model reference, quantity affected, installation context, description, clear photographs and the requested next step. Keep the product and packaging available for review unless safety requires immediate isolation.

What warranty applies?

Warranty and remedy terms should be confirmed in the quotation, contract or order documents for the selected product and market. Coverage can depend on product type, use, installation, maintenance and evidence. This FAQ does not create or extend a warranty beyond the agreed terms or applicable law.
