Market-led bathroom supplyBathroom Products for Global Importers & Projects
ArcQuay helps distributors, builders and hospitality teams organize bathroom vanities, mirrors, storage and fixtures around the requirements of their destination market. Product suitability and documentation are confirmed by model and project—not assumed from a regional label.

Specification before claims
How a market-ready order is qualified
Compliance is tied to the exact product, configuration and destination. Our process keeps marketing language separate from the documents that actually support procurement.
- 01
Define the destination
Country, sales channel, project type, room count and delivery window.
- 02
Shortlist models
Dimensions, materials, finishes, basin layout, voltage and installation method.
- 03
Check requirements
Identify which plumbing, electrical, labelling or customs documents apply to each selected model.
- 04
Approve samples
Review finish samples, drawings, packaging and a mock-up where the project scale justifies it.
- 05
Release production
Lock the approved specification, inspection plan, carton marks and shipping documents.
Product matrix
Match the product system to the buying brief
Use this matrix to choose the right catalog entry point. A project can combine several systems into one coordinated quotation and container plan.
| Buying brief | Primary systems | Key information to send | Start here |
|---|
| Wholesale bathroom range | Vanities, mirrors, cabinets, basins, tapware | Target price tier, sizes, annual volume, packaging and channel | Wholesale supply |
| Hotel or serviced apartment | Project vanities, LED mirrors, shaving cabinets | Room schedule, elevations, finish brief and handover date | Hospitality solutions |
| Apartment or multifamily | Vanities, mirror storage, laundry cabinets | Unit mix, repeated sizes, plumbing zones and delivery stages | Apartment solutions |
| Private label / OEM | Selected product systems | Brand position, target specification, forecast and artwork | OEM / ODM |
Important procurement note
Certification is model-specific
Standards and registration schemes do not apply equally to every bathroom product. For example, water-efficiency requirements generally relate to relevant water-consuming fittings—not bathroom furniture itself. Electrical documents for an illuminated mirror do not automatically cover every mirror model or configuration.
ArcQuay will confirm the documents available for shortlisted models and record the agreed requirement in the quotation. Buyers should also have their local consultant, importer or approval body confirm the destination-market obligations before placing a production order.
Language & documentation
Clear commercial communication across markets
English is the primary language for the public catalog, quotations and technical coordination. This keeps product data consistent while reviewed local-language material is developed market by market.
English master data
One controlled source for dimensions, materials, model codes, drawings and packaging instructions.
Reviewed local content
Arabic-facing or other localized deliverables can be scoped for a project; machine-generated pages are not treated as approved technical documents.
Buyer-supplied requirements
Send local labels, terminology, voltage, plumbing and customs requirements with the RFQ so they can be checked before sampling.
