Supplier-route qualification
Compare the selected product, material, process, quantity and timing with the capabilities of the proposed supply route.
ArcQuay is based in Foshan and coordinates selected manufacturing, inspection, packing and logistics resources around the buyer's approved order. Our role is to make the supply route visible and verifiable—not to replace evidence with a generic “factory direct” claim.

A location and a factory photograph do not establish suitability for your product. A professional evaluation connects the legal supplier, physical site, relevant process, technical capability, current workload, quality controls and packaging route to the exact model you intend to buy.
ArcQuay helps international buyers organize that evaluation in Foshan. Depending on the programme, the supply chain may involve a cabinet producer, mirror or electrical specialist, basin or hardware source, packaging supplier, warehouse and appointed inspection provider.
The exact service scope is agreed in the quotation or project plan. Not every order requires every activity.
Compare the selected product, material, process, quantity and timing with the capabilities of the proposed supply route.
Consolidate buyer drawings, finish references, samples, product options and open questions into reviewable records.
Organize sample requirements, review points, deviation records and the approved physical or documented baseline.
Arrange a document review, live video walkthrough, buyer visit or third-party inspection suited to the identified risk.
Track agreed milestones, change requests, inspection findings, packing information and corrective-action closure.
Coordinate the agreed packing list, carton identification, loading information and documents for the buyer's logistics process.
A facility appropriate for cabinet furniture is not automatically qualified for electrical mirrors, ceramic basins or water fittings. Each category is assessed on its own requirements.
The method should be stated accurately. A video call is not a certified audit, and a site visit is not a substitute for product inspection.
Business identity, address, quotation role, relevant process information, product records and available model-level documents.
A scheduled, live view of agreed locations, equipment, materials, work in progress, quality points and packing activity where access permits.
A planned agenda with product-specific questions, sample comparison, process observation and a written list of actions.
An appointed third party checks the defined scope and reports against buyer-approved criteria. Provider, timing and method are agreed separately.
This is a commercial due-diligence framework, not a claim of formal certification or a replacement for a qualified auditor where one is required.
| Review area | Questions to close | Useful evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and role | Which company quotes, manufactures, assembles, packs and receives payment? | Business details, addresses, contract and order-flow map |
| Product-process fit | Which critical operations are performed here, subcontracted or purchased? | Process walk, equipment view, subcontractor disclosure and sample records |
| Material control | How are specified materials, finishes and components identified on receipt? | Purchase reference, incoming check, labels, samples and traceability record |
| Change control | How is a substitution or drawing revision reviewed before use? | Revision list, change request, approval and segregated obsolete record |
| Quality checkpoints | What is checked, by whom, at which stage and against what criteria? | Inspection instruction, completed report, gauges or test demonstration |
| Capacity and schedule | Can the relevant line support the order during the required window? | Current plan, line observation, bottleneck discussion and realistic milestone proposal |
| Sample retention | How will production be compared with the buyer-approved reference? | Signed or coded sample, finish board, drawing revision and storage method |
| Packing and loading | How are products protected, identified and checked before shipment? | Packing sample, carton specification, accessory list, labels and loading record |
A one-time site visit has limited value if the approved model, revision and order are not carried into production records.
Identify the product, quantity, destination, critical requirements, unknowns and evidence required before commitment.
Record which party supplies materials, performs key processes, assembles, inspects, packs and hands over the shipment.
Review the site, process and records that relate to the selected model instead of relying on unrelated showroom samples.
Approve the drawing, specification, sample, packaging, model code and revision before production release.
Track milestones, review deviations and close corrective action through the stated inspection or reporting method.
Confirm carton identification, quantities, agreed evidence and shipment information before logistics transfer.
Access to some production areas, other customer products or confidential records may be restricted. Agree the scope in advance so the available evidence still answers the buyer's priority questions.
Confirm site address, participants, product models, open questions, areas to view, sample references, photography rules and required documents.
Follow material and product flow, compare the approved reference, observe relevant controls and record evidence without relying on memory.
Issue findings, owner and due date; separate observations from nonconformities; verify closure before the affected order stage is released.
No such blanket claim is made. ArcQuay coordinates with selected supply partners, and the relevant contractual party, production site and responsibilities should be identified for each order.
A visit can be arranged when the relevant site agrees and the project stage makes it useful. Confirm the site, scope, participants, confidentiality rules and evidence required before travel.
It can answer selected questions and provide current visual evidence, but it is not equivalent to an independent audit. Choose the method according to order value, product risk and buyer policy.
Check the legal entity, issuing body, scope, standard, product or model, configuration and validity. The buyer or its specialist should confirm destination-market acceptance.
They can be commercially and logistically coordinated, but each category retains its own specification, supplier route, quality criteria, evidence and packing requirements.
Send the product list, quantities, destination, target timing, critical specification and due-diligence questions. ArcQuay will outline the information, sample and verification steps relevant to the brief.
