Choose the top from the cabinet and service plan

Begin with the verified cabinet run, room walls, appliance envelope, sink or bowl model, tap, waste and service positions. A nominal length in a product name is a selection reference, not a complete fabrication schedule. Every chosen top still needs finished length, depth, thickness, edge profile, overhang, joints, wall clearance and site tolerance confirmed on a revision-controlled drawing.

Use the reviewed 650 mm Natural Carrara white marble top to compare a published marble option. Review the 1300 mm matte-white solid-surface top for another material and presentation direction. Where factory openings are not required, compare the 650 mm Cloudy Carrara no-hole top. Bowl-position references such as the 1060 mm left-bowl listing still require an approved cut-out drawing.

Approve material, openings and responsibility

Material and colour names should be checked against the exact SKU, representative sample and accepted quotation. Confirm veining or pattern tolerance, sheen, visible edges, joins, sealing and any refinishing needed after a site cut. Never transfer a hole layout, thickness or edge treatment from another size simply because it shares a collection name.

• State cabinet model, finished top dimensions and required overhang.
• Provide sink, tap and waste templates with final coordinates.
• Confirm support, fixing, sealant, lifting and site-access requirements.
• Itemise samples, fabrication, packing, delivery inspection and installation responsibility.
